Whitecap’s managing partner is Jim Campbell, who serves as the principal consultant and drive behind the company. Jim has developed and demonstrated excellence in several varying, yet complementary areas for over 25 years. Most of this experience has been working in various service related industries such as telecommunications, commercial airlines and most recently in financial services. During this time, he has spent significant time both on the client side and service provider side of the table. His style has always been one of significant customer focus.

Leadership development and teaching – Jim is both a born and developed leader who has worked diligently to understand both his leadership capabilities as well as those with whom he works. Jim has a serious grip on what leadership is about. His passion and flair for teaching and helping others understand not only the what and why, but also the how, is refreshing.
